Kamar Business Center is an upscale Class A office building in the City Center of Yerevan, Armenia. It is the unison of historical and modern architectural culture, a combination of “green” solutions, and unique historical finds, in downtown Yerevan, which construction cost $25 million.
Environment
The Kamar business center is BREEAM certified (UK). Only environmentally friendly materials were used in the construction of the complex and energy-efficient systems were installed. The complex is comprised of a 9-story totaling 23,100 square meters featuring an on-site restaurant & amenities for exclusive use by its tenants. The 20-meter tree of life at the main entrance embodies the eco component of the building.
The Tree of Life copper statue was developed by famous Armenian sculptor David Yerevantsi.
